Mr. Colman called by arrangement on Monday morning, 9th July. Mr. Gent, Mr. Rouse, and Miss Ruston were present. Mr. Colman's personal position was confirmed, as in draft letter to him herewith, and discussion then centred on the staff which he would need and the composition of the proposed Advisory Committee. Mr. Colman was inclined to press for a Civil Engineer, but it was agreed that for the time being at any rate Mr. Rouse could look after this side. The composition of the Advisory Committee on the lines proposed in Mr. Paskin's minute of the 8th June was agreed and it was also agreed that we should now seek the advice of the M.W.T. Letter to them for conson. herewith.
